Do compatible cartridges give the same quality prints and last as long as the original cartridges?
We have sourced the best quality compatible cartridges on the market so we can offer a cost effective alternative to the originals without compromising on quality. Jet Tec have developed a system to get 30% extra out of selected cartridges, a system they won a Queen's award for.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is FREE on all orders placed online.
How long will it take for my goods to be delivered?
All stock items are sent out by first class mail with proof of posting. Larger orders may be sent by City Link couriers so most orders are received within two days. If a product is out of stock we will contact you to give an estimated delivery time.
What happens if a cartridge is faulty?
In the very rare event of a cartridge not printing properly we will send you a stamped addresed envelope to send it back to us with a sample copy and a letter explaining what is wrong with it. If the cartridge is found to be faulty we will replace it or refund in full.
Is the payment process secure?
Yes, we have 128bit SSL encrytion inplace on pages where sensitive information, such as credit card details are entered. The browser 'Padlock' icon is displayed on all pages where sensitive information is required.
Do you share my information with any third parties?
Never... Think Ink do not share, sell or distribute any client information in any way. We only store basic contact information if you volunteer to save your details in a customer account.
